RULES:
each contestant bring their own supplies/ingredients
All ingredients must be prepped on site (exceptions: pre-roasted veggies and canned ingredients)
Each contestant has 20 minutes to prepare and "plate" salsa (chips and containers for salsa will be provided)
Each contestant bring a printed recipe for judges to look at
Judging
Salsa will be placed in one of 3 categories (hot, medium, mild.) Each judge will try all salsas, and a first place prize will be given to the winner to each category. Judging will be based on two things: looks and flavor.
